Light meets lines in this illuminating collaboration between poet Sarah Rice and glass artist Harriet Schwarzrock. During Noted Festival Sarah and Harriet will begin the process of converting Sarah's words into beautiful neon signs. Witness the finished product at You Are Here Festival in April.
